Fugro EarthData provides customized airborne data collection, mapping, and GIS services and products to support the geospatial needs of public- and private-sector customers worldwide. Markets served include defense and national security, emergency response, land-use, transportation, and natural resource management.

Working from a large fleet of aircraft, Fugro EarthData collects aerial photography and uses LiDAR and imaging radar (GeoSAR) technology to produce high-accuracy 3D terrain models of the earth's surface. Fugro EarthData also deploys other remote sensing technologies for thermal and multispectral data collection and product development. Fugro EarthData's GIS experts specialize in geodatabase design, application development, web-based solutions, and 3D city modeling and visualization tools that address customer needs for planning and zoning, asset management, and engineering.
